All logos get to have 4 revisions done if need be by request from the client. Turn around time on revisions vary depending on the nature of the change! If you need additional changes made after the first four revision request have been done each additional one thereafter is $30 and this must be paid prior to any additional changes being made. PSD/AI FILES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE RELEASED.

*NOTE* IF REVISION REQUIRE FOR THE ARTWORK TO BE RE DRAWN, REVISION FEE IS INCREASED TO $100 (Illustration Logos and maybe some freestye and image based logos )

The Jay Brand Experience will not contact you following the submission of your order or during the design creation process unless there are questions or concerns regarding your order. You are more then welcome to reach out via email but please be mindful of the designing time frame.

Once orders are placed, There are no refunds. Orders go in a queue and are assigned to The Jay Brand Experience.

The Jay Brand Experience does not provide refunds for any services unless agreed upon. Having buyers remorse or wanting to use another company instead is not a suitable means for a refund. Once payment has been made to The Jay Brand Experience, the project will begin in the time frame given to the client. If for any reason you want to cancel a service already rendered or paid for, that is your choice. However, due to work produced or in a queue, payments already received by The Jay Brand Experience will not be refunded to offset the loss of business. If partial work has already been received by the client and they choose to cancel, the partial or full payment that has been paid will not be refunded. Ownership of all artwork, layouts, and development will remain the property of The Jay Brand Experience, and the remaining work will not be sent to the client for their purchase. If the project is in its final stage, ownership will be transferred to the client after full payment is received.
