Cancellation Policy

Booking & Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. This will be applied toward your total session fee. The remaining balance is due on the day of your session, prior to the start of services. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance may transfer the deposit to a new session scheduled within 60 days. Cancellations within 72 hours will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Rescheduling within 72 hours may incur an additional fee. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened to stay on schedule, and no refund will be issued for lost time. No-Show Policy: No-shows will result in loss of deposit and may require full prepayment for future bookings. Session Guidelines Clients are responsible for providing any props, wardrobe, or special items, unless previously arranged with The Jay Brand Experience. A maximum of two guests may accompany you unless approved in advance. Photo Delivery & Usage: The Jay Brand Experience reserves the right to use session photos for marketing and promotional purposes, unless a written agreement states otherwise. Edited images are typically delivered within 72 business hours , unless stated otherwise in your contract. By booking with The Jay Brand Experience, you agree to these terms & Conditions.
