Service Description

**Booking and Deposits** A non-refundable deposit of $75.00 is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be applied toward your session fee. - The remaining balance is due on the day of your session before services begin. **Cancellation and Rescheduling** Cancellations made more than 72 hours** before your scheduled session may transfer the deposit to a future booking within 60 days. Cancellations made less than 72 hours** before your session will result in forfeiture of the $75 deposit. - Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of your session may incur an additional rescheduling fee. **Late Arrivals** Please arrive on time for your session. - If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other clients, and no refund will be issued for lost time. **No-Show Policy** Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled session will forfeit the $75 deposit and may be required to pay the full session fee before booking future appointments.

Session Guidelines Clients are responsible for providing any props, wardrobe, or special items, unless previously arranged with The Jay Brand Experience. A maximum of two guests may accompany you unless approved in advance. Photo Delivery & Usage: The Jay Brand Experience reserves the right to use session photos for marketing and promotional purposes, unless a written agreement states otherwise. Edited images are typically delivered within 72 business hours , unless stated otherwise in your contract. By booking with The Jay Brand Experience, you agree to these terms & Conditions.
